We recognize that certain historically disadvantage communities are entitled to extra help. For that reason, at Remedy Law we offer special pricing for status First Nation, Métis, Inuit, and other First Peoples of Canada. 

What this means is that our firm charges 23% of your future recovery (plus taxes and disbursements) for our service. That is as much as 10% less than many of our competitors. This means more dollars in your pocket, and more money to reinvest in your recovery.

It is our commitment and pleasure to serve these special communities and is a part of our commitment to acknowledge the aboriginal territories that make up our country.

We also consider special pricing for members of certain other communities, such as members of the LGBTQ+ community, whose members have experienced institutional disadvantage. These fee assessments are done on a case-by-case basis when applicable.

For less complex matters, such as whiplash disorders, sprains and strains, there are fewer disbursements and expert fees involved. 

We charge 25% of your future recovery (before taxes and disbursements), and will assist you in securing financing for expert fees if retaining an expert is necessary to prove your claim.

For moderately complex matters such as fractures, tendon and ligament injuries, concussions, and certain psychiatric injuries, there are relatively few expert charges but considerable disbursements.

We charge 27% of your future recovery (before taxes and expert fees) which amount includes all non-expert fee disbursements and interest charges for the same. We will assist you in securing financing for expert reports until the end of your matter.
